Venus-Tyané is a dynamic consultant, keynote speaker, and international teaching artist who proves that leadership doesn’t have to be dry—it can be bold, creative, and spiced with joy. Through Foley sound effects, devised theatre, and the art of personal storytelling, she helps leaders and teams strengthen collaboration, spark innovation, and discover the unique flavor of leadership they bring to the table.

Raised between America and Germany, Venus-Tyané brings a global perspective and a love of cultural mash-ups to everything she does. She studied Musical Theater in Berlin, holds a B.A. in Global Arts & Culture and Global Education, and earned an Executive MBA in Arts Innovation.

Her career spans performing for Nickelodeon and Stories that Soar! to lighting up international stages like Friedrichstadtpalast and Jazzclub Neukölln. Whether on stage or in the boardroom, Venus-Tyané infuses her work with humor, creativity, and a spark of mischief that makes learning unforgettable.
